Leading Werover
Werover is led by engineers and renewable energy professionals with deep experience in product development, commercialization, embedded systems, IoT, AI, and acoustic sensing.

Control Engineering graduate from Istanbul Technical University (ITU) with 8+ years of experience in renewable energy and deep-tech commercialization. As Co-Founder of Werover, she has led the company's global expansion, commercial strategy, and business development, helping deploy the technology across multiple countries and bringing AI-powered blade monitoring to leading renewable energy companies. She was recognized as Microsoft Women Leaders of Technology's Successful Female Entrepreneur of the Year (2022) and received the Halkbank Producing Women Competition – Sustainability & Zero Waste Award (2025).

















Control Engineering graduate from Istanbul Technical University (ITU) with extensive experience in embedded systems, IoT, AI, and acoustic sensing technologies. As Co-Founder and CTO of Werover, he leads the company's technology vision, product development, and R&D, successfully bringing multiple AI-powered industrial technologies from concept to commercialization. He continues to drive innovation in predictive blade health monitoring for the renewable energy sector.
